Chakra Balancing Sound Bath

April 7th from 7 - 8pm

The chakras are thought of as spinning wheels of energy that align with major organs with each having a different impact on your state of mind, physical body, and spiritual wellness.

Our Chakras are energy centers that represent various physical and emotional aspects of our lives. When these energy centers are in balance, our mind, body, and spirit feel at peace and healthy. This Chakra Balancing Group Sound Bath allows participants to let go and receive realignment to their entire energetic body using powerful sound vibration.

ATTENTION!
There is limited space for the number of attendees. Sign up early to reserve a mat. Once attendance level is reached others cannot attend.

Cost:  $25.00

Each person will need to sign in once they arrive at the event.
The first 4 people to RSVP early receive a discount. This is a one-hour event, but allow 1.5 hours from the time you arrive till you leave.

Starting at 7:00 pm. Please be on time, door locks at 6:59 pm.
We cannot accommodate late arrivals.

Please dress comfortably. You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat, which can be placed on top of our cushion.

Yin Yoga and Sound Healing

April 22nd from 7 - 8:15pm

Join us for a 75-minute Yin Yoga and Sound Healing class designed to support deep relaxation, mobility, and nervous system regulation.

This slow, floor-based Yin practice uses long, nourishing holds (2–5 minutes) to gently stretch the myofascial layers of the body. The pace is calm and accessible, making this class supportive for all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice.

The final 15 minutes will transition into a sound bath, allowing sound and vibration to help integrate the physical and energetic benefits of the practice, leaving you feeling grounded, restored, and at ease.

Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Please dress comfortably.
