Creating Abundance Sound Bath
February 25th at 7pm

Often when you hear the word abundance, you think of financial stability. That’s because the world is geared toward the importance of money, how large your home is, and what you purchase. But abundance can be so much more than that.

It could be love, peace, health, happiness, friendships. It can be anything that you desire. Join us to have the power to create abundance in your life.

Event cost: $20

One hour sound bath. Starts promptly at 7:00 pm.

Allow 1.5 hours from the time you arrive to the time you leave.

Please bring your yoga mat and dress comfortably. If you don’t have a yoga mat, you can use one of ours. Bolsters available.

Drum Beats Sound Bath

February 27th at 7pm

This event is a participation-style sound bath in which all attendees participate through drumming for the first 10 minutes. Participants are guided through a systematically designed rhythmic flow that is fun, builds focus, moves energy, and clears the mind.

Attendees either sit on a stool or stand during the drumming. Drums are provided – please leave your instruments at home unless it has been approved for this event. No experience is necessary.
