Gong Sound Bath for Calming Anxiety

May 27th at 7pm

A gong bath takes you to a place of rest by slowing down your heart and breath rate. The sounds stimulate your vagus nerve so that it helps reduce your stress hormones and allows you to feel less anxious too.

Event cost: $20

One hour sound bath. Starts promptly at 7:00 pm.

Allow 1.5 hours from the time you arrive to the time you leave.

Please bring your yoga mat and dress comfortably. If you don’t have a yoga mat, you can use one of ours. Bolsters available.
